For orders within India, the delivery date depends on the jewelry selected as well as the shipping address. For orders within Mumbai, products will be delivered to your address within 2 to 7 business days.

For orders outside Mumbai and within India, the products will be delivered to your address within 8 to 12 business days.

International delivery depends on the destination country. These can take anywhere between 12 to 18 business days. International shipping times vary due to customs rules, but our customer care (info@hskjewellery.com) is always available to help estimate your order timing and delivery.

Yes, we ship all over the world through our affiliate delivery partners FedEx /Blue Dart/UPS/Sequel/Global Reputed Special Delivery.

The cost of the shipment is calculated and displayed on the checkout page./ Your products will be fully insured during transit.

Returns

Ordering on HSKjewellery.com is a breeze.

a. Click on the “SHOP” button in the top right corner on the home page. Now, scroll down, select your jewelry item and click on the “ADD TO CART” button to place the item into your shopping cart.
b. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Enter all your details – name, contact number, email ID, shipping addresses, and order notes and continue to pay.

c. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your payment information.

d. After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation SMS to your phone number and a confirmation email to the e-mail address you provided while placing the order.

No, you can shop as a guest on hskjewellery.com if you do not want to register and create an account. But you get a lot more benefits if you create an account on our website. Registering on our website makes your checkout faster, allows you to track your order, saves items that interest you to a wish list, and provides a better shopping experience.

To track your orders, click on the “human” icon at the top right of the home page and go to “My Order History”. We also regularly send updates regarding your order to your registered email and mobile number.

Orders once placed can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has been shipped, you can receive the order and then return it.
