Our Easy Return and Refund Policy

Our customers are our priority and our easy returns and refunds policy reflects just that. In the unlikely scenario of you having any issues with the jewelry purchased, you can return it and claim an exchange or refund on it. If the jewelry is returned within the policy time frame/30 days starting from the reception of the purchase, we will refund the entire amount to your account within 10/15 business days of receiving the product. Please read the below-mentioned conditions that are applicable for refunds and exchanges.

What is the time frame to return the jewelry items?

Returns are possible within 30 days after receiving the jewelry item.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer free returns and exchanges for all items within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

What is the process for returning the jewels?

A. For return requests within India

To return an item, mail us at (MAIL@JASMIN) or call our customer service team at XXXXXX. We will take you through the process, share the packaging instructions and arrange for the reverse pickup. The whole process will take between 10-15 business days. Please collect the acknowledgment slip/note down the return tracking number/ SMS confirmation of the pickup. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the relevant quality checks.

a. We will send a tamper-proof packet to your original billing address. Pack your jewelry item in it along with the diamond and hallmark certificates. Seal the tamper-proof package. Please note that once sealed, this package cannot be opened unless destroyed.

b. Package your jewelry item in the original packing material along with the diamond and hallmark certificates.

On the day of the scheduled pickup, hand over the package to the reverse pickup personnel.

Please collect the acknowledgment slip/note down the return tracking number/ SMS confirmation of the pickup.

Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the relevant quality checks.

B. For Return Requests Outside India

To return an item, mail us at (MAIL@JASMIN) or call our customer service team at XXXXXX. We will take you through the process, and share the packaging instructions and a return authorization number. Do write it on the outside of the returning package.
Package your jewelry item in the original packing material along with the diamond and hallmark certificates.

Insure the package before mailing and do not indicate the contents for security reasons.

Repackage it securely and mail it to us at HSK Jewelry, Mumbai. (Please enter the full address of HSK Jewelry warehouse/store here).

You can send the package through registered mail or the courier service of your preference (FedEx, UPS, Sequel, Blue Dart, etc.) HSK jewelry is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.

Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the relevant quality checks.

Important information to know before returning the package.

For security purposes, do not send the items in a transparent package and do not indicate the contents of the package that would give away the value of the item on the exterior of the box.

Refunds are subject to quality checks by our quality assurance team and after verification that the return package is complete with all the original documents supplied like the diamond certificate, product certificate & the original invoice.

In case of a receipt of a damaged item, defective item, or an item you did not order, we will exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount after the relevant quality checks.

Refunds for payment made through UPI/payment wallets/debit/credit cards/net banking will be processed by reversal of the same transaction. This will take around 3-5 business days after we receive the items and on the completion of the quality checks.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, please provide the bank account details where you wish to receive the refund.

In case of any coupon, promo code or discount applied during the original purchase, the refund will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, promo code, or discount applied.
