We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Personalized or custom-made jewellery is non-returnable.
